Who we are
First Touch Academy offers soccer training run by Coach Achraf in San Francisco. Contact us any time at achraf@sffirsttouchacademy.com or through the contact form on our website.
What we collect
When you book we collect the player's name and age, a parent or guardian's name for players under 18, your email and phone number, the player's position and level, what they want to work on and their goal, the session date, time and location, and whether you chose cash or Venmo. If you tick the box, we also keep your contact details for weekly reminder emails.
How we use it
We use it to schedule and run sessions, confirm and remind you about bookings, contact you about changes, and plan each session around the player's goals. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Services that handle data for us
Cloudflare (hosting and our booking database), Google (Gmail and Google Calendar, to send confirmations and keep Coach's schedule). Payments are made by cash or Venmo and we do not store card or bank details.
Children
Information about players under 18 must be given by a parent or guardian. We use it only to run training sessions.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from reminder emails with the link in any reminder. To see, correct or delete your information, email achraf@sffirsttouchacademy.com or use the contact form and we will respond promptly.
Keeping it safe
Data is kept in access-controlled accounts and is only used for the purposes above. We keep booking records while they are needed to run the service and delete them when you ask.
